Workplace Giving

A Workplace Giving Program is an effective way to contribute to the programs of the Unity Foundation throughout Australia.

Workplace Giving is a payroll contribution scheme where direct pre-tax donations from employees have a positive and lasting impact on the lives of disadvantaged and vulnerable youth in the community.

Donations are deducted each pay period direct from your gross salary, by arrangement with your employer's payroll department. All you need to do is decide on the amount you would like to give and nominate the Unity Foundation as your preferred charity. It's that simple...

As your donation is made before tax it actually costs you less than the amount Unity receives from your pay office.  Because your donations are processed through your pay you receive an immediate, guaranteed tax deduction – you do not have to collect, keep and claim receipts.

This table is based on a marginal tax rate of 42% for taxable income of $50,001 to $60,000 and a Medicare levy of 1.5%.
